This warranty applies to the original customer and original vehicle. If the coating on an eligible painted surface does not perform as intended, contact Eagle Shine to schedule an inspection.
What is covered
The ceramic coating Eagle Shine applied to the vehicle’s painted surfaces, for five years from the original service date, provided the required annual post-ceramic detail is completed.
What is not covered
Glass, plastic, wheels, chrome, and other non-painted surfaces are excluded. Physical damage or damage caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care is also not covered.
KEEP THE COATING PERFORMING
One required visit. A few smart recommendations.
An annual Eagle Shine post-ceramic detail is required to keep the warranty active. The other care steps below are recommendations that help the coating look and perform its best.

Wash with care
Hand washing or a touchless wash is recommended. A car wash does not automatically void coverage, but damage caused by improper care is not covered.

Refresh when needed
A ceramic spray enhancer is recommended every 1–3 months to support gloss, slickness, and easier maintenance.

Schedule annual service
One Eagle Shine post-ceramic detail each year is required to maintain the 5-year warranty and evaluate the coating’s condition.

Warranty claims start with an Eagle Shine inspection of the original vehicle. If we determine the coating on an eligible painted surface is covered, we’ll repair or reapply the coating to the affected area.
